Be aware that, depending on UAE laws and regulations, visa eligibility and requirements may change. To prevent any inconvenience, travelers are advised to check official UAE government sources for the most recent updates or seek help from approved travel agencies.
The Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Conference will provide an Official Letter of Invitation which one can include with a visa application for participating in the event.
Letter of Invitation
Before processing the letter of invitation, we require your registration confirmation. While we cannot process your visa application directly, we provide supporting documents like the Letter of Invitation & Registration confirmation.
Financial Policy
The conference is not able to provide financial support (flight tickets, transportation, hotel, meals, insurance, etc.). All event-related expenses must be covered by the participants.
Important Notice
- The organizers cannot process your visa application directly.
- The conference office will not send or call embassies or visa officers regarding your individual visa application.
- Please consult your local UAE embassy for official guidance and apply well in advance.
