Speaker Guidelines
Essential information for our distinguished presenters.
Abstract & Biography
Authors are requested to submit an abstract (250-300 words), a biography (80-100 words), and a professional photograph (250x250 size, clear facial view).
Selected abstract submissions will be presented during oral sessions generally lasting for 3-4 hours. Authors should register to give the presentation during the conference. Co-authors attending the conference must also have a registration.
Authors will present their research in specific topic areas, and presentations will be moderated by experts in the field. Co-mediators will introduce speakers and facilitate audience questions.
Presentation Length
- Oral presenters are allocated 10 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
- If the presentation exceeds 10 minutes, the moderator will shorten the Q&A period.
- Recommended: Up to 10 slides (approx. 1 minute per slide) to ensure you complete your presentation within the allocated time.
- Slides should provide an overview of the research with conclusions and future directions.
Slide Format
- Please use Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare your slides.
- Your first slide should include the abstract title, your name, organization, and country, along with the conference name/logo.
- Submit your final PPT to the conference manager 7 days before the event.
- Name the file with the presenting speaker's name. Use WeTransfer or Google Drive if the file size is large.
- Check all slides twice for content correctness and audio/video compatibility.
- *Note: To avoid technical issues, personal laptops will not be allowed for presentations.
